ARGENTINIAN GRILL NIGHT
Every Thursday evening on the grill we offer a local meat and/or seafood prepared on our Argentinian "Parilla" [grill].
The Argentinian Parilla is a traditional method of cooking throughout Central & South America using 100% hardwood coals. A rebar-constructed basket containing hardwood logs is burned for a number of hours leading up to the preparation of dinner. The coals produced from this process are then shoveled beneath the grill providing the heat for the barbecue.
Meals include 5 oz glass of wine or 16 oz glass of beer & a house-made dessert.
Please see below for our offerings this month.
